From Desk of Chairperson

“Allah did not send me to be harsh, or cause harm, but he sent me to teach and make things easy.” Prophet Muhammad SAWW Pakistan Teachers Forum and the responsibilities and commitments for which we are here today embarks on both the social, economic, political, growth for development of a welfare state Pakistan and a Muslim Ummah as a Nation. A continuous struggle for improvement through a variety of means, presence of a physical objective, effective communication, self-organization and motivation is essential part of the Forum at all end and means.

I believe in the elimination of all forms of discrimination in education and in society, whether based on gender, race, marital status, disability, sexual orientation, age, religion, political affiliation or opinion, social or economic status, or national or ethnic origin, and the promotion of understanding, tolerance and respect for diversity in communities.

To develop the leadership role and involvement of women in society, in the teaching profession and in organizations of teachers and education employees, we the PTF is working with 16 Sustainable Development Goals out of which 01 Poverty, and 04 Education is our top priorities. Pakistan as below poverty line we believe that through education in all forms and trainings will help in eradicating poverty with literacy up gradation.

As we all know in a formal education system Pakistan is facing a serious challenge to ensure all children, particularly the most disadvantaged, attend, stay and learn in school. While enrolment and retention rates are improving, progress has been slow on improving educational indicators in

Pakistan. 260 Million Children are not going to school in the World, out of which according to a study, 22.8 Million children between ages 5 to 16 years of children are not in school in Pakistan.

Let us encourage through organizations a closer relationships among teachers and education employees all over the Pakistan, and at all levels of education whether professional, scientific, information technology, vocational or sports and health.

Give your child a space to grow and solve his problem that is possible with best teacher trainings for capacity building, which is a main ingredient of PTF.If we don’t give space for learning we are responsible for an individual’s failure, so I wish all my members of Pakistan Teachers Forum to become a positive agents for change, Change the future of today’s child, for tomorrow a world of challenges are waiting for him.
